Mimarlık Fakültesi Tanışma Günlerinde "Bursa Santral Garaj Kent Meydanı, Mimari ve Kentsel Tasarım Yarışması" proje tanıtımı ve film gösterimleri

Mimarlık Bölümü öğretim üyemiz, sayın Yrd. Doç. Dr. Ebru Yılmaz, Mimarlık Fakültesi tanışma günleri kapsamında, 19 Eylül 2008 Cuma günü, saat 13.00'de, A Blok zemin kat Seminer Salonunda, "Bursa Santral Garaj Kent Meydanı, Mimari ve Kentsel Tasarım Yarışması Projesi" başlıklı, ödül kazanan projelerinin tanıtımını gerçekleştirdi. 2005 yılında sonuçlanan yarışmayı, birincilikle kazanan projenin ekibinde Yrd. Doç. Dr. Ebru Yılmaz'ın yanısıra Dr. Seçkin Kutucu, Mimar Yonca Kutucu ve Kentsel Tasarım Uzmanı ve Şehir Plancısı Uğur Bozkurt da bulunuyordu. Yarışma paftalarından, uygulamaya ve yapının 2008 yılına ait tamamlanmış haline dek tüm aşamaları, çizim ve fotoğraflarıyla içeren sunum, öğrencilerimiz ve öğretim elemanlarımız tarafından ilgiyle takip edildi.

Söz konusu sunumun öncesinde ise, "Cities of the Underworld" belgesel serisinden "Rome: the Rise" ile "Berlin" bölümlerinin gösterimleri gerçekleştirildi. Mimarlık Fakültesi tanışma günleri aktivitelerimiz bu iki etkinlikle tamamlanmış oldu, ancak benzer aktivitelerimizi dönem boyunca sürdürmeyi amaçlıyoruz.

Presentation of "Bursa Santral Garage Urban Square, Competition of Architectural and Urban Design Project" and film screenings on the Acquitance-days at Faculty of Architecture

From the Department of Architecture, dear Assist. Prof. Dr. Ebru Yılmaz realized the presentation of the award-winning architectural project entitled "Bursa Santral Garage Urban Square, Competition of Architectural and Urban Design Project," on 19 September Friday at 13.00, in the Seminar Room at A Building. The project was awarded the first prize in 2005, and its design team consisted of the names, Dr. Seçkin Kutucu, Mimar Yonca Kutucu and Urban-Design Specialist and City Planner Uğur Bozkurt, as well, apart from Assist. Prof. Dr. Ebru Yılmaz. The presentation comprised the drawings and photos of different phases of project, including the primary drawings for competition, constructional drawings and the finishing photos in 2008; and it was followed with great interest by our students and academic staff.

Before the presentation, the episodes of "Rome: the Rise" and "Berlin" from the documentary film series of "Cities of the Underworld" were screened. Activities of the acquaintance-days at Faculty of Architecture were completed with these two activities, however, similar ones will be hold, again, during the whole term.
